Coconut Chutney

Coconut Chutney is one of my favourite dishes. I can take this even without dosa & idli. As this is my favorite & I am also staying at Bangalore, so for this I learnt how to prepare the item from one of my South Indian friends.

Coconut Chutney is one of my favourite dishes. I can take this even without dosa & idli. As this is my favorite & I am also staying at Bangalore, so for this I learnt how to prepare the item from one of my South Indian friends.
Steps

Take 1 bowl, add all the ingredients till salt, mix it well

Pour all the ingredients in the mixer grinder, grind it with water as required in a smooth paste.

Heat non stick pan with oil, add ingredients (red chillies, mustard seeds, cumin seeds & urad dal) for tempering.

After tempering, pour the mixture on the chutney paste. Mix it well.

Keep it in a air tight container.

Refrigerate it for at least an hour. Serve chilled.
