Ingredients

  1. 1 cupfinely chopped cabbage
  2. 1carrot finely chopped
  3. 1capsicum finely chopped
  4. 2 tbspgarlic, ginger, green chilli finely chopped
  5. 2 tbspcornflour mix with 1cup water
  6. 2 tspsoya sauce
  7. 2 tspred chilli sauce
  8. 1 cupMushroom finely chopped
  9. 2 tsprefined oil
  10. As needed water
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. Pinchblack pepper powder
  13. As neededSpring onion for garnish (if available)
  14. 1 tspvinegar

Cooking Instructions

    Take kadai add oil heat add 3G fry till brownish then add mushrooms fry for 2-3mins.

    Then add carrot and capsicum saute few seconds then add cabbage again saute few seconds then add soya and red chilli sauce, salt saute for 1min.

    Then add water and venigar when water boiling add cornflour water and black pepper. Garnish with spring onion. Ready MANCHOW SOUP. Serve with fried noodles.
