I love these because they're creamy, and the chipotle with the bacon gives them a delicious flavor.
Cooking Instructions

Chop the bacon, bell peppers, and onion into pieces. Sauté them all together with the garlic.

If your shrimp are already cooked, just remove the tails and cut each shrimp into three pieces. When the onion turns translucent, add the shrimp to the pan.

Add the cream cheese and the can of chipotle sauce. Let it simmer for a bit, then turn off the heat. Add the shredded cheese and let it melt. I didn't add salt because the bacon is salty, but you can add salt or chicken bouillon if you like—taste before serving!

Place some avocado on a lightly toasted tortilla, then add the shrimp mixture. I served these with spaghetti, but you can serve them with whatever you like, or just enjoy the tacos. Enjoy!
