Cut the paneer into pieces. Add all the dry spices to the paneer, mix well, and let it marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan over high heat and fry the paneer pieces until golden.

In a separate skillet, heat oil and sauté finely chopped onion until golden. Add the tomato (either pureed or finely chopped) and cook until soft.

Add all the dry spices and sauté well. Add the fried paneer and a little water, then cook for 2 minutes. Your delicious paneer tikka masala is ready to serve.
