Ingredients: 1 tablespoon olive oil; 1/3 cup onion, diced; 1 clove garlic, minced; 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced; 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced; 3/4 cup water (180 ml); 1/2 cup milk (120 ml); 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper; 1/2 tablespoon butter; 1 tablespoon basil, cut into thin strips; 1/2 cup polenta (about 80 grams)

In a pot over medium heat, sauté the onion with the garlic, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper. Add the water, milk, salt, pepper, butter, and basil. Bring the liquid to a boil. Reduce the heat and gradually add the polenta, whisking well.

Let it rest for a couple of minutes.
