Steps
- 1
This is so easy, it’s embarrassing but try it, it’s lovely
- 2
Sieve the icing sugar into a mixing bowl.
- 3
Add the yogurt then food colouring (I used Raspberry Yogurt, so then red food colouring)
- 4
Mix together until it becomes a paste like extra thick cream.
- 5
Apply to the cake like normal, it will start to dry a little after a few minutes so if you want to apply sprinkles do so quickly.
- 6
The icing is a lovely smooth aromatic topping for any cake and children will love it, as ever, enjoy.
