Ingredients

  • 4bread pieces
  • 1 cupcurd
  • as neededwater
  • as neededimli (tamarind)chutney khatti meethi
  • as neededmint coriander chutney
  • As neededBhujia or sev for topping
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspChilli powder
  • 1 tspJeera powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take 4 bread pieces, cut it's sides

    Dip it slightly in water and drain it squeezing it with hand

    Roll it in small balls

    Sieve the curd to get a smooth consistency

    Add sugar and salt in curd and dip bread balls in it

  6. 6

    Take a serving bowl, put these balls and some curd

  7. 7

    Sprinkle salt, chilli powder, jeera powder and chat masala

  8. 8

    Top it with imlee chutney

  9. 9

    Garnish it with bhujia or sev
