We all know that suji or semolina is very healthy for us , we use to prepare uttapam , dosa , dhokla using suji but today we are going to prepare this delicious one bite suji idlis ...... Lets start ....

Cooking Instructions

Take a bowl add suji, curd, salt, warer and prepare a thick batter. Let it redt for 30 mins

Then after 30 mins add eno and mix well

Steam the mini idlis for 10 minutes
- 4
Then demould the idlis and let them cool slightly
- 5
Then take a wok heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, turmeric and saute for a minute or two
- 6
Then add the preapred idlis and stir well. Cook for 3to 4 minutes on medium flame

Serve hot with chutney
