Extremely delectable, yet again an innovative twist to the Moong Vadas by me. I added Purslane Leaves to make them more healthier. These Leaves are available throughout the Year and are easily available with our Bhaji wala bhaiyas. They usually come with all the Green Leafy Vegetables and visit each lane in the neighbourhood. These Fritters or Bhajiye are a treat not only to the tastebuds but also a feast to the eyes. Just look at the colour. You will know what i mean to say. Perfect for a tea-party, an anytime snack idea, a brunch idea or Iftaar time too. As the festive season is on, try these for your families, neighbours, helpers and all those around you. Happy Sharing Everyone!

Add the rest of the ingredients to the dal mix now. Drop small balls of the batter in hot Oil. Fry on a low to medium high heat only.

Serve with your choice of Chutney and relish these melt in mouth Vadas with a green twist. Enjoy!
