Today I have seen recipe of chicken cholistani Karahi.then I have tried it. Cholistani Karahi recipe is same as simple chicken Karahi. You can give any name to it. couldn't manage to have photographs as we have finished it in aftaar dinner. #cookwithhuma

Fry chicken with ginger garlic paste in oil until it changes colour

Add tomatoes and cook until all tomato changes into paste

Add all spices and cook until dry.

Lastly add yogurt and cook until it will leave oil

Garnish with coriander ginger and coriander and serve with nan
