Rinse rice and chopped vegetables. Soak the soyabean.

Add oil in cooker and then add cumin seeds (jeera) get it brown and then add all vegetables. Saute for 3-4 minutes and add all spices.

Add soaked rice and soyabean in it with adding 2 glass water. Whistle it once and keep it aside in steem. Serve it.
