Ingredients

  • 125 gButter
  • 1.5 cupflour
  • 1 cupsugar
  • Pinchsalt
  • 2 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1.5 tablespoonslemon
  • 3/4 cupmilk
  • Icing idea
  • Mix 1 tablespoon of icing sugar with lemon juice to drizzle over the cake

Steps

  1. 1

    Add soften butter. Sift flour, salt and baking powder and sugar

  2. 2

    Add lemon juice and milk. Mix until batter absorbs all ingredients. Add more milk of batter still stiff

  3. 3

    Pop in the oven for 45 min at 180degree. Ice if desired
