Garlic
Oregano
Thymes
Rosemary
Dressing

Wash and scale fish with salt water

Marinate with all the seasoning and spices

Grease with oil

Grease baking tray and layer with onion then mount fish on onion grease fish and sprinkle thyme and rosemary
