In a bowl take besan, salt to taste,red chilli powder, jeera powder, garam masala, ajwain, chopped coriander, ginger, garlic and chilli paste.

Add water and make a batter. It should be of flowing consistency. Not to thick and not too watery.

Take one chapati and spread the batter evenly on one side with a help of spoon.

Take a pan and put some oil and keep the batter side down on pan.

On the top side also spread the batter evenly with a spoon. Cook on medium flame by adding some oil.Cook from both the sides nicely.

Serve with chutney or tomato ketchup.
