  • 1 pcsburdock
  • 1 pcscarrot
  • White pepper
  • Vinegar
  • Brown sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and pell burdock cut into strips same as the carrot. Soak burdock in vinegar water so that it won't turn into black color

    Put water in a pot boil vege until half done. Add white pepper, vinegar, brown sugar. Toss it and serve
