  • 3onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • 6cashew
  • 2 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tspGaram masala powder
  • 1 tspKasuri methi
  • 1/2 cupFresh cream
  • 2 tspred chili powder
  • 1 tspHaldi
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 1Capsicums
  • 2Onion small diced
  • Marination
  • 2Besan
  • 1/2 cupCurd
  • 2 tspTandoori masala

  1. 1

    Heat little oil saute onions,cool it and grind to paste, heat oil add onion paste, grind tomatoes to paste,add ginger garlic paste,saute then add Haldi salt red chilli powder, Garam masala, grind cashew nuts add Kasuri methi and little curd to paste.now add this to onion masala.

    Marinate paneer and capsicum with curd Besan and tandoori masala.deep fry or shallow fry, add it to the gravy,saute diced onions,add them to onion masala.

    Add fresh cream to the gravy,sugar and butter optional.cook and mix well.serve hot with paratha.
