1/2 cupfine semolina
1/4 cupmilk
2 tbspfresh cream
2 tbspsugar
1 1/2 cupwater
1 tbspghee
as needed chopped nuts

Heat ghee in nonstick pan and roast semolina at very low flame for 5 to 6 minutes.

Add sugar, mix well and stir well till sugar corporated.

Add milk, water and fresh cream. Cook till halwa leaves it side.

Add dry fruits and serve hot.
