This is a really creamy cold dessert, my husband and our friends' kids really love it ♥️ a super easy recipe to make every chocolate lover happy!🥳

Ingredients

30 minutes (then at least 6hours in the freezer)
  1. egg yolks (8)
  2. dark chocolate (150 gr)
  3. brown sugar (170 gr)
  4. water (50gr)
  5. whipping cream (500gr)
  6. vanilla icing sugar (3/4 tbsp)
  7. dark cocoa powder (2/3 tbsp)

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes (then at least 6hours in the freezer)

    Break 150gr chocolate 🍫 into little pieces and place them in a bowl to melt in a bain-marie. Meanwhile, put brown sugar and water in a pot to make a caramel sauce (boil to 121°c)

    Start beating the egg yolks and add the caramel sauce, just carry on for 10/15 minutes to have a fluffy cream, then add the melted chocolate and mix

    Whipped cream time!🤩🍦 beat the whipping cream with vanilla icing sugar then add it to the chocolate cream, mix gently and very well👩🏻‍🍳

    Put on some dark cocoa powder, 6 hours in the freezer and your parfait is ready to be eat up👏🏻😍😛
