Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2Big /Medium size potato
  • 200 gmscheakpea flour (besan)
  • 1 tspoil for add in besan
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pinchsoda
  • Oil for frying
  • Water as per requirement

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash potato Peelthe skin and make chip help of cutter all chips put in water bowl

  2. 2

    Take a one bowl add besan add some water mix well add red chill powder, turmeric powder, salt, oil and pinch of soda mix well together pakoda batter ready

  3. 3

    All chips water drain out and add one by one in batter of pakoda

  4. 4

    Heat the oil in pan deep potato chips and fry in hot oil on medium flame till the brown

  5. 5

    Ready fried potato pakoda serve with tomato sauce
