Keep all ingredients ready. Mix curd, milk, salt, pomogranite, grapes,green chillis cardamom powder, cortiander cooked rice in a vessel.

Heat the ghee in a kadai. Season with musterd, cumin, urad and gram dhals with cashew and curry leaves.

Add tadaka to curd rice and give a gentle mix. Transe curd rice to serving plate and garnish with pomegranate seeds.
