Ingredients

  1. 1grated coconut
  2. 1/2 bowlchana
  3. 1 ltrfull cream milk
  4. 150 gmssugar
  5. 1/4 teaspoonelachi powder
  6. 2 tbspghee
  7. as required Rose petals and dry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    First grate the Coconut. Now in a pan add ghee. Then add the grated coconut and chana. Mix them well. Till it gets into a sticky consistency. Keep it aside

  2. 2

    Now take the milk and reduced it to half. Add sugar, elachi powder. When the sugar melts. Add the coconut mixture. Let it cook till everything is mixed and the consistency becomes tight so that you can give shape. Do all in low flame. Put off the flame. Then using hand give a round shape to it while it is warm. Garnish it with rose petals and dry fruits.
