This is quick and easy meal my mom used to make me as a kid.

#greenveg - If you are a fan of greens of any variety, then you will surely like this simple, healthy and super easy Chinese style Bok Choy stir fry. It goes well as an accompaniment with either Chinese fried rice or noodles.Few toasted sesame seeds, sprinkled on it gives a nice crunch and flavour to this dish. For a non-veg. version, prawns and chicken may be added.

Tasty, easy, fast, one pan.Looking for a healthy side dish with some flavor, not too hard or time consuming. Not real expensive, can adjust ingredients to your liking. So I came up with this. You can add heat, or not, add spices to your liking, lots of room for your personal taste.

Have you ever seen the Movie "Ramen Girl" the message is its all about the broth. Cooking with love. I cannot remember which broth I froze the marker was smeared. So use your favorite broth. Cook the bok choy in broth. This was amazing. It had a touch of heat in it. Reminds me of collards southern style.
