Pav bhaji

Boil all vegetables in pressure cooker. give two whistles,except onion and tomato

Fine chop tomatoes and onions, make ginger garlic paste

Heat a pan add oil,then add chopped onion saute it then add ginger garlic paste saute

Add tomatoes and fry till smooth paste

Now add all vegetables cooked in cooker, add red chiily powder, pav bhaji masala, salt, butter and mix well, let it cook for 10 mins

Serve hot with homemade pav and yummy amul cheese
