Palak Green Pulao
Steps

First wash the palak and coriander leaves thoroughly. Roughly chop the leaves.

Take them in a blender/mixer jar with green chillies, ginger and garlic and blend to a smooth paste adding about a tsp of water.

Put the ghee/oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds.

Add the onions, mix well and microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Stirring once in between after 45 seconds.

Add the prepared paste and mix well and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stirring once in between after 1 minute.

Add the all whole masala mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute.

Add the rice, all vegetables, salt and all powdered masala and water approximately 2 cup and mix well.

Cover and microwave on high for 20 minutes or until the water is absorbed and the vegetables are cooked.

Stirring thrice in between after every 5 minutes

Finally add butter and mix and remove from oven.

Serve immediately with curd or raita. Garnish with cashewnut.
