  • 3 tbspOysters Sauce 耗油
  • PinchSalt 盐
  • Corn Flour 玉粟粉

  1. 1

    Kai-Lan leaf shredded, mixed with corn flour for deep fried.

  2. 2

    The rest of the Kai-Lan soak into hot water to cook

  3. 3

    Reheat oysters sauce & water... then presented and ready to be served.
