Steps

Take a vessel. Fill that vessel with water to it's 3/4. Bring the water to boil, then add 1cup of macaroni. Add a tsp of oil and a tsp of salt to it. Let the pasta cook for 5-10 mins

After 5 mins check the pasta by cutting it with a spoon. If it cuts easily, the pasta is cooked. Strain the water from the pasta.

Take a pan, to that add some oil. Fry 3-4 chopped garlic in it. Now to add some chopped capsicum, onions and corns to it. Now add a tsp of oregano and Chilli flakes and salt to it. Cook the veggies on a medium flame for maximum 5 mins

Take another vessel to that add 2-3 tsp butter melt the butter and then add 3tsp of Maida. Roast the Maida on a low flame for a couple of minutes. Now to that add 1 cup of milk. Stir it continues for about some minutes. Now to that add 1 tsp of oregano, Chilli flakes and salt. Now add the fried veggies and boiled macaroni to it. Mix it well
