  2. 4.5 lbsskinless, boneless chicken breast
  3. 3 tsp.Pollo asada seasoning(pic below)
  4. 3chicken seasoning taco seasoning packets
  5. 1 (28 oz)jar tomato sauce
  6. Halfbottle Taco sauce
  7. Taco toppings

  9. Lettuce
  10. Onion
  11. Jalepeno peppers

  13. Refried beans
  14. Seasoned Rice
  15. Sour cream
  16. Olives
  17. Guacamole
  18. Taco hot sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Place chicken in the slow cooker and season chicken with this seasoning. If you dont have this seasoning you can use what you like. Cook on low for 7-8hrs or on high for 3-4hrs.

  2. 2

Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred. Return to slow cooker and stir in juices. Add tomato sauce and taco seasoning. I like to add taco sauce to my taco meat. Always have. If meat looks not moist enough add taco sauce to get it to the desired consistency. When I rewarm it I add taco sauce to get it to the right consistency.

  3. 3

Serve in taco shells, on salads, soft tacos, burritos, nachos, pizzas or in bowls over rice! Enjoy.

I am happily married on 3/17/16. I have one daughter who loves to help in the kitchen. She loves to make and try different recipes from all over the country. She wants to try curry next. I found out a month ago that I am diabetic and have decided to change my life style. I am on a low carb, sugar free diet. I will still post other recipes that I make for my family.
