Take a bowl and add all ingredients of dough. Make a little tight dough. Keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.

Take a pan and add 3-4 spoon oil. Add peas for fry and later add all spices and boiled mashed potatoes. Mix it and mash it continuously. Lastly add Coriander leaves.

Make balls of dough and roll them with rolling pan. Cut them from centre. Use water finger to stick it or make a cone.

Fill masala in cone and stick it with coating water. Take a frying pan and add oil for deep frying the samosas. Serve with chutney.
