Peel your bananas and potatoes,cut your onions and wash them clean.

Cut the bananas and potatoes in the right shape and fry your onion

After frying the onion put the potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.Add bananas stir add water and salt.Cook till soft.

Remove from heat and mash completely with a wooden spoon/mwiko.

Serve with beef or any stew and enjoy!
