Ingredients

  • 8-10thick brinjal slices Scoopes
  • 1 cupgrated paneer
  • 1/4 cupgrated potato
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspgaram masala
  • 1 tbspchaat masala
  • 1chopped chilli
  • 2 tbspfinelly chopped garlic
  • 10 tbspbeaten hung curd
  • 8-10 tbspTamarind tomatoe chutney
  • 5 tbspwheat flour
  • 2 tbspchopped mint leaves
  • 2 tbspchopped coriander
  • 1 tspred chilli powDer
  • 1Chopped onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan heat oil add Onions and cook till translucent

  2. 2

    Add cottage cheese, potatoes and all the spices cook well

  3. 3

    Take the mixture out in a bowl add chopped mint leaves and coriander and mix well

  4. 4

    Take a scooped brinjal slice and fill the stuffing evenly in it. Repeat the process for all

  5. 5

    Then dust all the stuffed brinjals with wheat flour

  6. 6

    Brush with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes on 180 degree celcious

  7. 7

    Take a baked brinjal slice add curd, tomato tamarind chutney on top

  8. 8

    Garnish with mint leaves.
