A light and quick main dish with an extra crunch: cornflakes!
Steps
- 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2
Crush the cornflakes with a rolling pin until they are in small crumbs.
- 3
Dip the turkey slices in milk, then coat them in the crushed cornflakes, pressing with your hands so the coating sticks well.
- 4
Lightly oil a baking sheet and arrange the cutlets on it. Drizzle with a little oil, sprinkle with salt, and bake for about 20 minutes (cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the cutlets).
- 5
Serve hot with a fresh salad.
