Moong ka paratha
Steps

Wash and soak moong for minimum 40 minutes. Later boil with 1 and half glass water and salt to taste. Pressure cook upto 3 whistles.

Dont overcook the moong as it has to be used for stuffing. Drain out excess water and keep it aside to let it cool down.

Meanwhile knead the dough and keep aside.

Now take moong in a plate add all the dry spices and mix well. Stuffing is ready.

Now roll the roti, sprinkle dry wheat flour and spread the seasoned moong stuffing, fold and roll it again slowly into a paratha.

Heat a flat pan and roast the paratha from both the sides evenly.flip and turn it and apply ghee as required. Serve hot with curd or pickle.
