Carrots and beetroots both are usually considered as the best veggies for salads and juices.Loaded with vitamins and minerals, they are not only great for aiding weight management but also provide required energy and nourishment to our body.
Steps

Wash and peel the carrots and beetroot and roughly chop them.

Take beetrrot, carrot, ginger and mint leaves.

In a blender add all the ingredients along with sugar.
- 4
Add little water and blend to a smooth paste. Then add the remaining water and blend it nicely. If u want u can starin the juice and drink, but I prefer without straining.

Pour in glasses and add little salt and jeera powder and mix well and serve chilled.
