Ingredients

  1. For puri
  2. 1 cuprawa
  3. 2 spoonmaida
  4. 2 spoonoil
  5. To tastesalt
  6. Oil for frying
  7. For pudina pani
  8. 1/2 cuppudina leaves
  9. 1/2 cupcoriander leaves
  10. 1 spoonlemon juice
  11. 1green chilli
  12. 1small piece ginger
  13. 1 spoonroasted jeera powder
  14. To tastesalt
  15. 1/4 spoonblack salt
  16. For sweet pani
  17. 4 spoontamarind chutney
  18. 1/4 spoonblack salt
  19. As neededwater
  20. As neededPani puri Masala
  21. 1 cupBoiled potatoes
  22. 1Chopped onion
  23. As neededNamkeen bundi
  24. To tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add rava, maida, salt and oil and mix well. Then add warm water little by little to make stiff dough. Knead well. Keep it covered for hour. Then again knead dough and divide into balls.

    Roll the balls and cut with small lid and do the same with other balls and keep Puri's covered in moist cloth.

    Heat oil in kadhai. Once it's hot, fry the puri's.

    In mixer jar add pudina, coriander leaves, chilli, ginger and make paste. Adding little water sieve it and add chilled water to make pudina pani. According to taste add jeera salt, black salt, lemon juice and mix well.

    In a bow add tamarind dates chutney add chilled water accordingly, also black salt and mix it well.

    Arrange all preparation in one place and enjoy.
