Cooking Instructions

Boil eggs, unshell and set aside.

Chop onions, capsicum and tomatoes. Grate carrots.

In a pan fry onions, garlic and ginger paste, let cook for 2min add tomatoes let simmer. Add carrots and capsicum then Stir to combine.

Add salt and the remaining spices, stir and add boiled eggs. Let it simmer for a few minutes.

Serve with rice or anything of your liking.
