Oats peanut butter bars

First roast the oats cool and powder it.

Now take a heavy bottom pan add ghee to it and heat slightly. Now add the oats powder peanut butter jaggery powder then raisin and cranberry and mix well on slow flame till all comes together.

Now grease a silicon mould and transfer to the mould and freeze for 2 hours then de mould slowly and cut into pieces when cold..

If you use anything else other than silicon mould use a greased butter paper or may be even a cling wrap to prevent sticking.
