Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 cupMakhana
  2. 1/2 cupGreen peas
  3. 1 Onion chopped
  4. 2Green chilli chopped
  5. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  6. 1 tspChaat masala powder
  7. 2 tspKasoori methi
  8. 1 tspCardamom powder
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. 2 tbspOil

Cooking Instructions

    Fry makhana with 1 tsp oil till crisp, cool, grind.

    Heat oil in a pan, add onion, green chilli. Fry for a minute.

  3. 3

    Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2mins.

  4. 4

    Then add green peas, salt and all the spices. Mix well and cook further few minutes. Cool and grind to a paste.

    Take out the mixture in a bowl.

    Add makhana powder, cardamom powder. Mix well.

  7. 7

    Make tikkis out of these and shallow fry both the sides.

  8. 8

    Healthy tikkis are ready. serve as snack or starter.
