Ingredients

125 gButter
2 cupsflour
1 teaspoonbaking powder
2large Eggs
2 tablespoonslemon juice
1Medium cup of Mashed banana
1 cupsugar
Pinchsalt
1 teaspoonvanilla essence

Steps

Mix Butter with sugar until soft add the flour, eggs and vanilla and baking powder and until you have a yellow dough

Add mashed banana to your dough continue stirring until it has a soft consistency

Heat your oven 15 mins prior then put your Dough in your banana cake tray and bake until it has risen and starts cracking on top to check if it’s baked thoroughly check with a knife if it comes out clean then it’s ready as you take it out pour your two tablespoons of lemon on the hot bread and let it cool down
