Ingredients

  1. fewRaw mango
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. Somemint leaves
  4. Somechopped ginger
  5. 1 tspRoasted cumin seeds
  6. As per taste Black salt
  7. 1 glasswater
  8. Some black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Add raw slices of mango and add water, cook for 5 mins.

    Now take another pan and add 1 glass of water to it and 2 cups sugar and let it dissolve and boil for 2-5 mins let it turn sticky.

    Now take some mint leaves, ginger, roasted cumin seeds, black pepper and the made mango pulp and grind them to make a paste.

    Take the paste out and mix it with the sugar syrup and mix them, then add some black salt and salt now mix and boil for 5-7 mins

    Now your Aam panna is ready to be served with chilled water. Enjoy
