Ingredients

  1. 3raw mangoes
  2. 1/2 cup sugar or according to your taste
  3. 1/2 cup cleaned mint leaves
  4. 1 tbsp cumin powder
  5. 1/2 tsp white salt
  6. 1/2 tsp black salt

Cooking Instructions

    In a cooker add washed and cleaned raw mangoes with little water and in a low flame give 2whistles. once it cools down open it and remove from cooker and then extract all the pulp frm skin and seed then grind it into a paste in a mixer.

    If you have a big mixer jar then add mint leaves and other masalas with the mango pulp.. i have small jar so i have separately made a paste of it..

    In a pan add all paste with sugar and keep stiring in a medium to low flame till it forms like a jelly consistency..

    The concentrate is ready store it in a glass jar just while serving take a glass of chilled water and a tbspn spoon of concentrate and give a quick stir and it's ready.. njoy
