Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 2large sized raw mangoes
  • 2 tspcumin seeds (jeera) powder
  • 1 tspcrushed black pepper
  • to tasteblack salt
  • 1 pinchasafoetida (hing)
  • 1/4 cupsuga

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and boil mangoes.

  2. 2

    Let them cool. peel, mash and strain the pulp.

  3. 3

    Mix well till sugar is dissolved

  4. 4

    Divide the mixture into four tall glasses, fill it up with chilled water.

  5. 5

    Stir well and serve
