Cut the zucchini into thin strips (julienne).

Quarter the cherry tomatoes.

Add a drizzle of olive oil and a splash of water to a wok and heat gently. Add the zucchini and mushrooms, and cook.

After a few minutes, add the cherry tomatoes and season with salt.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

Drain the pasta and add it to the wok. Toss to combine and serve.
