Choose properly ripe Gunda and clean it.Remove the center and make it hollow to fill in the masala.

For preparing masala- Take 1 cup of peanuts and crush them in a mixer. Now add 1 tbsp of green chilli paste, 1 tbsp of ginger paste, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp turmeric, 2 tbsp Dhana-jeera powder, 2tbsp sugar, 1 tsp hing, salt (taste wise) and coriander. Mix well.

Now add half cup besan(chana no lot) and 5 tbsp oil. Mix properly.

Fill the mixture in prepared Gunda and pack it properly. In a nonstick pan take around 2-3 tbsp of oil, let it heat. Now shift the prepared gunda in it.

Cook the ravaiya on low flame for 30-35 min. Check in between. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and serve with hot fulkas.
