First take a pan add little ghee and roast Poha at low medium flame till crispy.

Then roast peanuts like this and then curry leaves and roast mahanas too till crispy.

Now combine all the roasted things with roasted chane and roasted papad and add chat masala and little salt too. And store in an airtight container. And serve it anytime. Enjoy!
