Steps

Take fish pieces in a bowl. Add 1 tsp Turmeric powder and squeeze the juice of the 1/2 lemon. Mix everything.

Put mustard oil in pan. Fry the fish pieces and set aside after frying.

Cut 1 onion and the potato into thin slices. Fry them in the same oil.

Cut the tomato, garlic cloves and ginger slice into slices. And also cut the onion into slices. Make a paste. Put the paste in pan.

Add 1 tsp Turmeric powder and salt to taste. Cook till the raw smell of the masala goes away.

Add the fried fish pieces. Add water as much needed. Add 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder and finish cooking.serve hot.
