Take a soya chunks and add 2 cup warm water and soak 15 min. After 15 min squeeze out water.

Now add grind. Cut onion, Ginger, garlic and chilli & cut tomato and make paste.

Heat a pen and add oil & ghee. Now add garam masale,jeera and fry few seconds. Now add ginger, garlic and chilli and fry 1 min.

After 1 min now add onion and fry till light golden colour.

Add salt and all dry masala & mix well and add tomato paste.

And ½ cup water and fry 3 to 4 min. Now add kasuri meethi and soya chunks.

Mix well and fry 4 to 5 min. Now add coriander and serve.
