Cut the pudina leaves into small strips. In a bowl take flour and besan. Add 3 tsp of oil and salt.

Add pudina leaves, green chilli, black pepper and chopped ginger. Add water knead to make a smooth dough. Rest it for 20 min.

Make balls from the dough. Roll a ball into a big roti. Apply some oil over the roti sprinkle some flour over the roti.

Make small pleats with the roti then stretch it and gather it in a circle. Roll it out and make Lachha paratha.

Now put the paratha on tawa and fry it with oil. Flip it and cook the other side as well.

Serve the Lachha paratha with any curry or pickle.
