Take a bowl add suji, curd, some salt, mix well. Add water if required and add 2 pinch baking soda.

Keep it a side for 15 mnts.

Then grease the modul.

After 20 mnts add eno in batter.

Pour batter in modul and microwave for 5 mnts.

After 5 mnts remold the dhokla in a plate

Then take a pan add oil. Heat it well add mustard seeds, let them crackle. Then add slit green chilli, curry leaves and a cup of water

Make it a boil and add sugar dissolv it properly.

Switch off the gas and add lemon juice

Pour all this tadka on dhokla and keep it a side for 5 mnts.
