Ingredients

  • 4Eggs
  • 1 Cupicing sugar
  • 1/2 Cupvegetable oil
  • 1 Cupall purpose flour
  • 1 Tablespoonbaking powder
  • 1 Teaspoonvanilla essence
  • 1/4 Cupmilk

Steps

    Preheat oven at 180 degrees

    Separate Egg whites from egg yolks

    Beat egg whites for about 1 min

  4. 4

    Gradually add sugar as you continue to beat

    Add egg yolks and beat well

    Add oil and beat for half a minute

    Add flour and baking powder. Mix without any lumps.

    Add vanilla essence

    Add milk. Mix well and don't over mix.

    Pour batter in a well greased pan. Tap to remove air bubbles.

    Bake for 40-45 minutes.

    Enjoy with cold strawberry yogurt or soda 😎

    I made two.. An oval and square one... The Oval one was drowned as soon as I got it from the oven 😂
