Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoonOats flour
  2. 2 tablespoonsAlmond flour
  3. 1egg (full) optional if u like white part
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  6. 1 tablespoonolive oil or butter or cooking oil
  7. Pistachios for garnishing
  8. Strawberry jam for topping once baked

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend the oats & almond flour set aside

    Now pic a microwave safe bowl start adding all ingredients mentioned above

  3. 3

    Stirr well to mix all those ingredients tap the bowl on the counter then just add pistachios before u keep in microwave

    Now just bake it for 3-4 minutes then open it and check if it’s done using a stick or spatula if ya dry then remove it

    Lastly serve it with topping of strawberry jam chop it in desired slices & enjoy the snack !!!!!!

    If u are on diet skip the toppings and just enjoy the oats & almond bread and stay fit yet healthy !!!!!!
